When will I receive my order?

Orders ship in 2-3 days (excluding holidays), will be there in about 4-6 days afterwards in the UK and we’ll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships (check your spam folder if you don’t get it).  For international orders, it can take 1-4 weeks to get there. It has been shipped…and will get there soon…(don’t count the day you placed the order).

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to just about anywhere. If you do not see your area listed, please email us for consideration. Depending on your delivery location, country, and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Naturalcocodoll.com, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. This is something beyond our control.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

What size shirts should I order?

If you’re not sure what size shirt to order, check out the sizing details within the product description.

What are your t-shirts made of?

We use 100% cotton, heavy duty t-shirts . The vast majority of the shirts are Gildan, but at times we may also use a comparable item from Fruit of The Loom or Hanes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer both a refund or exchange option (same design only) with in 28 days from receipt. All shirts must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are subject to restocking fees.

Do you accept Paypal and do you accept cheques?

Yes, you can pick Paypal at checkout. You can pay with a cheque through paypal. We don’t take cheques through the mail.

There is a problem with my order. How do I get it resolved?

Let us know if there is a problem by contacting us on our CONTACT US page. We will investigate and if we made a mistake, do our best to fix it for you. We will ask for a photo to save time. We will do everything we can to make things right. Contact Us Here

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed and paid for?

Sorry, the system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. You are welcome to use our return/exchange program once you have received your order.
